Chrissie is originally from New England, but is proud to now call San Francisco home. She has been involved in many facets of the business world from Real Estate and Sales Management to Non-Profit Development and Marine Mammal Rescue and Rehabilitation. Throughout all of her unique endeavors, she has maintained focus, dedication, integrity and charisma, which has helped guide her and her clients through complicated and demanding transactions with ease.
Chrissie was fortunate enough to start her San Francisco Real Estate career with a Top Producer at a boutique brokerage in San Francisco. She assisted him for over a year, navigating over 30 transactions. In her career she has handled over 50 million dollars in sales and was recognized for the most increase in production from 2005-2006 and was then awarded the coveted Top Producer status with McGuire the following years. Her initial apprenticeship gave her great knowledge of the many components of the fast paced Bay Area market while simultaneously developing lasting relationships with professionals in the business. Her move to McGuire Real Estate deepened her involvement in the industry as she worked alongside San Francisco's most respected agents in the city's premiere brokerage.
In order to minimize stress for her clients, Chrissie acknowledges the importance of walking them through each and every step of a transaction while attending to all of the small, but very important details. She has knowledge and compassion in all that she does and it is apparent to her clients and colleagues. Chrissie is consistently complimented on her dedication, honesty & availability to her clients before, during, and long after their purchase or sale.
Her ability to develop these long term relationships is due in part from her start with the Maine Real Estate market. This experience combined with the exciting and complex San Francisco market allows her to provide a down-to-earth yet assertive and direct approach to all aspects of her clients’ transactions. As a competitive Dressage Rider and Figure Skater, she learned the art of discipline and dedication at an early age, and this has transcended into her Real Estate career.
Chrissie currently lives in Pacific Heights with her two new rescue dogs . When she is not attending to her clients, she is a committed volunteer for many local and international causes including, The Marine Mammal Center, Think College Now, SF Surfrider Foundation, Wildtracks Belize, and is in the process of developing her own Non-Profit to address animal welfare issues. |
