Top Producer 2007 Chrissie is originally from New England, but is proud to now call San Francisco home. She received her BA in English with a Minor in Biology from the University of Southern Maine. She has been involved in many facets of the business world from Real Estate and Sales Management to Non-Profit Development and Marine Mammal Rescue and Rehabilitation. Throughout all of her unique endeavors, she has maintained focus, dedication, and charisma, which has helped guide her and her clients through transactions with ease.
Chrissie was fortunate enough to start her San Francisco Real Estate career with a wonderful Top Producer at a boutique brokerage in San Francisco. She assisted him for over a year, navigating over 30 transactions from beginning to end. In her career she has handled over 40 million dollars in sales and was recognized for the most increase in production from 2005-2006. Her apprenticeship gave her great knowledge of the many components of the fast paced Bay Area market while simultaneously developing lasting relationships with other professionals in the business.
In order to minimize stress for her clients, Chrissie acknowledges the importance of walking them through each and every step of a transaction while attending to all of the small, but important details. She has compassion in all that she does and it is apparent to her clients and colleagues. Chrissie is consistently complimented on her dedication, honesty & availability to her clients before, during, and long after their purchase or sale.
Her experience with the Maine Real Estate market combined with the exciting San Francisco market allows her to provide a down-to-earth and compassionate approach to all aspects of her clients’ transactions. As a competitive Dressage Rider and Figure Skater, she learned the art of discipline and dedication at an early age, and this has transcended into her Real Estate career.
Chrissie currently lives in Pacific Heights and she enjoys volunteering, hiking, and most importantly spending quality time with her niece and nephews and their dog in the Wine Country. |
